Brian D. O'Neill, the firm's founding lawyer, has over three and a half decades of legal experience. His practice is focused on representing individuals, families and businesses in a variety of immigration, business law and employment matters.

His broad experience representing people individually, and as the general counsel for a major industrial and aerospace defense company, provides him with the knowledge and ability not just to handle an immediate crisis, but to develop effective strategies for his clients that will protect their long term interests in each of his practice areas. He is a very capable litigator and negotiator.
