Brian O’Neill has been a member of the Bar since 1977, with over two decades’ experience as an in-house corporate attorney and general counsel, and over eighteen years’ experience in private practice. Since forming his Firm in 2006, Mr. O’Neill has assembled a dynamic and diverse network of lawyers who do their utmost to solve their clients’ legal issues in three areas: immigration, employment and business law.
The firm's principal focus is immigration, where we represent individuals, families and businesses in a wide variety of immigration law matters. If you have questions about individual or family immigration, business immigration, or issues involving: deportation and removal defenses; immigration consequences of criminal charges; or the availability of other relief such as asylum, withholding of removal, humanitarian parole, or deferred action, and naturalization, the all important final step in any American immigrant’s journey, contact our office to discuss them and learn where you stand!
In New Jersey we also represent individuals in non-immigration related employment and business law matters. With literally decades of legal experience to draw on, Brian O’Neill and his colleagues are also fully capable of advising businesses, employers, and employees about their legal rights. We have represented businesses and employers in a number of disputes and lawsuits in New Jersey, and have also been very successful in representing employees of large corporations in difficult employment and post-employment disputes and claims.
