Our firm’s founding attorney, Brian D. O'Neill has over three and a half decades of experience in and out of the courtroom. He spent over 20 years working as attorney for a large government contractor, the Curtiss-Wright Corporation, where he gained experience in government contract law, a wide variety of commercial and corporate legal matters, and employment law.. He eventually became the company’s chief legal officer.

After a successful career in corporate law, Mr. O'Neill founded our firm. We combine knowledge of business, employment and immigration law to provide outstanding legal counsel in all matters we handle. These include immigration matters, citizenship and naturalization issues, employment cases, commercial contracts and business issues. We have quickly earned the recognition of other attorneys throughout the area in all our practice areas, and have established a rock solid reputation as an immigration advocate both in immigration court and before the various federal agencies handling immigration applications.
