He spent over 20 years working as attorney for a large government contractor, the Curtiss-Wright Corporation. He eventually became the company’s chief legal officer. After a successful career in corporate law, Mr. O’Neill founded our firm. We combine knowledge of both business and immigration law to provide outstanding legal counsel in immigration matters, citizenship and naturalization issues, commercial contracts and business issues. We have quickly earned the recognition of other attorneys throughout the area. Our firm successfully persuaded an immigration court to recognize a “duress defense” in an asylum matter. Over the years, we have learned that successful legal representation is more than just pleadings and other legal motions. In order to be successful, we have to thoroughly document and prepare your case. We also need to present issues in a personal manner. It is our goal to humanize each client by telling the government his or her story. In almost every immigration matter, preparation is the key. We know what immigration officials are looking for, and we will do our best to provide it to them in a comprehensive and favorable manner. The years of working in corporate law and government contracts have provided us with ample experience in doing this for our clients. At the law office of Brian D. O’Neill, nothing will be spared when representing you in an immigration matter.
